A $250 Registration fee is due upon registering. Registration is not complete and child's spot is not reserved until payment is received. This once-a-year, non-refundable fee, covers student expenses including curriculum materials, enrichment programs, consumable products, student directories, and guest speaker fees.
A once-a-year supply fee of $50 is added to the August tuition statement to cover costs of art supplies and classroom materials needed throughout the school year.
It is required that all students be up to date on all their shots or they will be unable to attend. All students must be up-to-date on all of their shots or they will be unable to attend school. There are no exceptions.
Tuition may be paid by check or cash. All checks should be made out to St. Francis Episcopal School. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks. Tuition is billed as a yearly rate. Families may set up a payment schedule that best suits them using our financial form. Tuition payments may be scheduled on a 9-month plan, semester payment plan, or may be paid in full. There are no additional fees outside those stated above for the entire school year (with the exception of added services or late fee charges). Payments received after the 10th of the month will be subject to a $25 late fee.
Tuition assistance is available. We use Smart Aid, a third-party company, to award financial aid. Applications for aid are done online and will be available beginning February 15th. The application deadline is May 15th. Financial aid will be awarded July 1st for the 2023 -
2024 school year.
